A VERY productive crafting day...

Made a handful of too cute cards with my gurlz...!  I needed to make graduation cards and since I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE owls it only made sense to have "wise owls..!"  I used the Paisley Cricut Cartridge, the wings are a template vs using the WHOLE owl in DSP just to cover it up with a body and eyes...  I dry  embossed the bodies and of course sponged the edges with ink, as if...

Kimber needed a wedding card and since we didn't have any on hand, she and I whipped a few of these babies out so we be ready :D SUPER EASY (cake strips are popped up with foam tape, they are 1.5" thick, and they are 4"/ 3.5" & 3", embossed, trimmed with ribbon and pearls, add flowers and viola')

And I made these a few weeks ago for my newest grand boy "Jaxon" they are heavy duty, baby boutiquey type burp cloths - I mean if you have to upchuck at least do it with a little class - buahahaha...

I did a basic 8"x14" hunk of material, lopped the edges (that made them look rounded - go figure), added a matching stipe to the top panel, doubled the terry cloth (after washing all the material first), and then since I have a seam binding machine I cut strips ran it thorough and attached like any other seam binding.  You could sew right sides together and then after flipping do a stay stich if you don't have the seam binder machine...
