Or stitched garland, whatever you want to call it it's FUN, easy and simply darling...
Grab a handfull of scrap paper, and your punches, some easy peel tape, and your sewing machine...
Punch a pile of tiny shapes, and lay them randomly (such a struggle for me) just enough that they catch on the tape (you will need easy-release, or artist tape, the kind used to hold stencils... blue painters tape might work, but it might be to tacky...).
Now use the tape edge as your guide to stitch the pieces together, ease the tape away from your garland and VIOLA" you can make a mobil, or wrap it around some paper as an embellishment, whatever you want...
