Here is the card I made him - I'm in love with these 3d pop-up folding cards... and for the record he spent as much time being fascinated by the card as he did playing with his Strider bike.. LOL...!!!
I fussy cut trapezoidal shapes from my scrap paper, and used hole punches to make the presents look funkier (swiss cheese affect), added the Memory Box Bow, and stuck them on the cross bars.
The Hippo's are from Cricut Create a Critter, the flower on the hippo is a perfect place for a bit of bling - even for a boy card (it's BLUE..!), and the balloons are Martha punch.
it was really hard not to ask if I could keep the card.. "Here, Happy Birthday, can I have the card back..?"
